A Moderator is a staff member who manages the community.

Role

Keeping the peace on the server

  • It is most fundamental mission.
  • Monitor all channels
    • Help keep community channels safe and organized.
  • Warn rule violators
    • Verbal warnings
      • Warning in chat when the offense is minor.
    • Physical warning
      • Warning using the !warning command, the violator will receive warning points.
  • Delete offending chat
    • Delete harmful chat messages if they remain, such as SPAM, SCAM, etc.

Clean up #bug, #request channels

  • Delete messages that have already been completed in both channels.
  • Delete approved or rejected messages to keep the remaining messages easier to view.

Promote users

  • Promote a Beta Tester as needed.
  • Verify role requirements before promoting a member.

Reporting major issues

  • Report to the Developer if the game server is down or exhibiting anomalies.
